The Financial Ombudsman Service
Salisbury Financial Services is a subscriber to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) which is an independent third party to whom clients can refer complaints if they cannot be resolved amicably with the firm beforehand. However, complaints should always be referred to the firm in the first instance.
